🛠️ How does it work, exactly?

Everything happens online, at your own rhythm.

In our first 75-minute session, we clarify what you truly want to activate, embody, and express. Nothing is set in stone — we’re just looking for the spark, the ignition point. From there, so much will unfold along the way.

Then, we meet every two weeks for sessions of alignment, guidance, and integration (75 minutes).

Between sessions, I support you with personalized voice check-ins (via Telegram or WhatsApp), so you stay connected to your frequency, anchored in your momentum, and fully supported.
